LIVE MICROMIND | 12 SEATS | STARTS AUGUST 24

Where overflow becomes your baseline in one season.

Five weeks to take the patched-together, leaky, output-dependent parts of your business and elevate every core area into one coherent model that can compound.

One that sells every day without you selling every day, stacks cash instead of resetting it, and works harder than you do.

Offers that feed each other. Messaging that pre-sells so you don't have to. A sales path that runs without your hand on every step. A calendar with breathing room. And a business that adds to the life you're living instead of one you build your life around.

Raise my baseline →
This is the only time Overflow Season runs live.

Have you ever had an offer not sell… and secretly not been that upset about it? 👀

If you're honest, you were bummed about the money. But part of you exhaled — because that was one more thing you didn't have to add to your calendar.

Or you raised your price — or extended the commitment — and suddenly an offer that used to sell with ease felt like pulling teeth to get a single inquiry?

Or you've noticed you're posting to keep things from going quiet — not because you had something to say — and content has quietly become maintenance on a business that can't hold itself up without you?

Or you booked it out — and then regretted it, because it drained you, or it pulled in clients who were demanding, didn't do the work, and couldn't keep up with their payments?

None of those are pricing problems, audience problems, or discipline problems.

They're all signs you've been building on a high-resistance business — one that costs energy to run, and costs you yourself to fill.

Overflow Season builds the opposite.

Your business is leaking easy money.

You know the pattern by now.

You launch, revenue spikes, and then you're back to building it all over again. A payment plan completes and you feel the baseline drop. A good month and a slow month both ask you the same question: okay, what do I need to sell now?

You've got GREAT offers — some are the best work you've ever created. They're just sitting in a pile instead of a system. Each one selling on its own, none feeding the next. So nothing stacks.

And the same is true of everything around them — the messaging, the selling, the pace all run as separate efforts instead of one model. You don't have an offer problem.

You have an everything-disconnected that requires a looooot of output from you kinda problem.

Every fix you've been sold asks for more of the one resource you can't manufacture. You.

Post more. Show up harder. Stay visible. Another freebie, another funnel, another entry offer. Discount to fill the spots. Launch, recover, launch again. And when the month looks thin, conjure something new by Friday.

It works for exactly as long as you keep doing it. The moment you stop, the money stops.

That's a treadmill with your name on it. And somewhere along the way you picked up the idea that the way off it is a bigger milestone.

Higher revenue months. A team. The next launch selling out. A certain number of followers, clients, or a number in the account — and then you'll restructure. Then you'll build the spacious version. Then you'll be allowed to run it the way you actually want to.

So you postpone. Not the work (you're doing plenty of that). You postpone the restructure — until you feel you've earned it.

Sorry, not sorry... but that's a story.

And it's an expensive one, because the milestone doesn't produce the freedom. The model does. Women hit the number and find the same treadmill waiting for them, now they are just running faster.

Overflow Season is a different kind of move.

You stop feeding the business more of your output, and you install the model that lightens the load while increasing revenue. Once. In five weeks.

Take my seat →

I was a launch queen.

I was also the most over-worked employee in my own company.

For years I was very good at making money appear on demand.

Six figures. Then multiple six figures. My first seven figures cash collected. All of it on output. From the outside it looked like I'd cracked the code. Women messaged me asking how I did it.

I peaked at an 88K cash month in a launch... but I couldn't even celebrate because I was exhausted, anxious about the amount of delivery required and already confused on how I would do it again.

I was on my laptop from dawn until dusk and didn't feel the freedom that this level of money or success was supposed to be associated with.

I already knew exactly what came next. The payments would finish and soon enough everything would reset and depend on me to make it happen again somehow.

I had a business that only moved when I did. Which meant I could never stop moving.

So I tried to fix it the way everyone says to.

First, hustle smarter. Tighter launches, better funnels, another entry offer. It bought me consistent multiple 5 figure months... and a bigger treadmill.

Then I tried the opposite. Lean back. Let it flow. Stop forcing. Revenue dropped some months by over 50% and I felt like something was fundamentally wrong with me.

Neither worked because neither approach touched the real problem.

My epiphany didn't arrive in a launch debrief. It arrived on a kitchen floor with sticky notes at an airbnb late one night. I was looking at every offer I'd ever built laid out in front of me, and I saw it:

They were all good. Some were the best work I'd ever made. And they were each selling completely alone. A client finished and left. Nothing pointed anywhere. Nothing fed anything.

For the first time I wasn't looking at what was missing. I was looking at what I already had — and finally seeing how to leverage it.

I had been trying to fix a structure problem with more effort.

So I made the changes to not only my offer ecosystem but to my own leadership, my sales approach and my marketing.

It only took about a month to install the new operating system.

Since then: Another 7 figures in cash, more than 50% of it from long term recurring revenue, without a big audience and without a launch calendar running my life.

I knew I was sitting on so much potential. I just needed to see HOW to leverage my offer suite differently.

...And almost every woman who finds me says some version of the same sentence:

"I've added more offers, more strategies, more everything — and my income is still not where I want it to be."

She thinks she needs more. She almost never does.

She needs the five weeks of restructuring she keeps not doing, because she's too busy selling.

That's Overflow Season. You do it once and things can compound on it for years to come.

I want revenue that stacks →

You're not disorganized. You're running on survival programming.

Survival is what makes you sell something in week three because the month looks thin. It's what makes you say yes to the client you already know is a no — you felt it on the call, and you took her anyway. It's what makes a good month feel like a close call instead of proof of what your new normal can be.

It's why you check the numbers before you check in with yourself.

Why you can't relax, unapologetically without feeling a little guilt creep in because you're being "unproductive".

Survival doesn't feel like panic.

It feels like drive. It looks like a visionary woman with a strong work ethic and commitment to doing what it takes for her mission — and a body that hasn't fully exhaled in years.

Somewhere along the way, being busy became how you know you're serious. How you prove the business is legit. How you feel you've earned the money when you receive it — because you put in the effort.

But being busy is not your purpose.

(It's just the shape survival takes in a woman who's highly capable who has been conditioned by a society that tells us productivity is success.)

Survival builds a business that pays you soon, not one that pays you for long. Three months instead of twelve. Priced at what will sell this month, not what the work is worth. A calendar organized around the next gap you need to cover.

That's why true overflow isn't just a bigger number, it is having more than enough, structurally — so the question what do I need to sell now stops being the one your business runs on.

Right now, overflow is a peak.

You hit it at the top of a launch, in a good month, when everything's clicking — then slide back to baseline the moment you stop pushing.

An Overflow Season moves the baseline.

Imagine your slowest month next year clearing what your best month clears today. In five weeks you change the rhythm your business runs at and connect the model underneath it.

Because a higher floor is the only thing you can compound on. Raise it, and everything you do after finally stacks instead of resetting.

I want revenue that stacks →

The exhausting part was never the selling. It was feeling like you have to keep auditioning for the long-term yes.

It shows up as: pumping out one more live, short-term offer. Adding more detail, more deliverables, more you — so that maybe this time they'll commit to the bigger thing.

Hoping it converts at the end, instead of the yes being decided long before you ever mention it.

Inside Overflow Season you build so that your short-term offers pre-qualify your future long-term clients, so people ask about the upgrade before you've brought it up.

You stop being the one who convinces. You become the one they sell themselves on.

Most women assume overflow is on the other side of more.

A bigger team. More deliverables. More offers, more funnels, more complexity to manage.

It isn't. Every woman I know in real overflow has a business that is simpler than it was a year ago.

Fewer moving parts, connected properly, led by a woman who isn't negotiating with her own power.

The Overflow Model™ has five pillars.

You install one a week, in the order that makes the next one easier — so nothing gets built on a shaky foundation.

Ready for Overflow →

What you install, week by week

Bonus warm-up week (Aug 17, self-guided) — Clear the space.
You don't renovate around the furniture.

Before live support begins you clear the room: what comes off the calendar, what you stop holding, where the white space comes from.

You leave with a lighter rhythm and the hours this install needs, while reducing pressure in your schedule.

Week 1 — The Compounding Suite.
Every offer gets a job.

You get crystal clear on your core spaces and how to better leverage them while deciding what stays and what you lay to rest, and map the path that turns a finished client into a "what's next" instead of an exit.

You leave with an upgraded suite you can draw on one page, where everything sells everything.

Week 2 — Resonance Marketing.
Messaging that pre-sells, on platforms you actually want to create on.

Your messaging starts doing the selling — at every price point, for every offer in the suite, in a launch or not. And you define each platform in a way that makes creating feel like yours again.

Is your content goal inspiring you, or making you feel behind and not enough? Your audience feels exactly which one you were in when you hit post.

You leave with a plan for each platform you're genuinely pumped to create on, and messaging that has more people arriving already sold.

Week 3 — Sales Systems.
Where your offers are leaking easy money.

Right now, how much of your revenue depends on you being in a specific state to collect it? That's not a sales process. That's a performance you have to be well enough to give.

This is where we turn your business into a sales every day (without selling everyday), cash stacking, self-multiplying money machine that works harder than you do.

You leave with a path that sells your high-ticket and long-term spaces without a launch or chasing a single person.

Week 4 — Rhythm.
The pace your finished model runs on.

You set the shape of the week: when you deliver, when you sell, when you create, and when the business runs without you in it.

Some things generate momentum. Some only ever generate pressure. Most women are pouring the bulk of their energy into the second kind and calling it work ethic.

You leave with a calendar built around the life you want to be living, and the capacity to hold more revenue inside less of your time.

Week 5 — Sovereign Leadership.
You stop installing and start leading.

This is where you stop orienting around survival long enough for more than enough to become your normal.

You leave leading a business that runs on overflow as its baseline operating system, with you as its CEO rather than its hardest-working employee.

The model goes in once. You spend five weeks installing it. Then you spend years living it.

Take my seat in the live round →

You'll know it's installed when:

You sell out your high-ticket with a voice note and an application — not a launch runway.

DMs come in about spaces you haven't even mentioned yet, before you've posted a single story.

You stop wondering whether your audience "would really commit long-term" — because they're asking you to, including people brand new to your world.

You could say "take the month off from selling" and mean it, because of the MRR landing every month for the next six.

You stop asking what do I need to sell now. The question just isn't live in you anymore.

Creating feels good again — content is something you want to make, not proof you're keeping up.

People enter your world, get results, and keep going without always needing you in the room.

Your energy stops disappearing into the activities that only ever produced pressure, and starts going into a life you're actually living while the business grows.

This is what highly resourced actually means. Not a fuller plate. A fuller woman.

Your body of work returns things to you. Time, money, energy, attention, support — instead of asking for another withdrawal every week.

It's what feminine leadership looks like once there's solid structure underneath it. Simplicity, sovereignty, and more than enough as the standard

One shift. A full year of revenue from a single yes.

I'll never forget a client who came to me weeks from another dip — a proven three-month signature program, and a business that lived and died by launching it.

Launch hard, fill it, deliver, watch the calendar creep toward empty again. Her nervous system was shot before she'd written the first email.

So we stopped. Instead of re-launching, we rebuilt that same three-month program as a twelve-month journey — the depth her clients actually needed, delivered the way real transformation happens: over time.

One enrollment went from three months of revenue to a full year of it, and because the journey was deeper, the price rose with it.

Her clients got better results. Continuation started happening on its own. Her income stopped resetting every quarter — and her nervous system finally settled, which matters as much as the math.

Different women. Different businesses.

The same shift.

A sound healer...

With a popular certification was capped at two big launches a year, and maxed out by both. We turned the certification into a rolling, open-enrollment offer. Her MRR climbed, the client journey got smoother, and launching became something she could choose, not something she had to do.

A feminine leadership guide...

Ran one enormous launch a year for her nine-month signature program. The pressure was immense, and she'd spend the months afterward in recovery and delivery mode, unable to do much else. Which, left her membership and other offers largely on the back-burner. We changed how clients entered and continued, so the revenue stopped hanging on a single high-stakes event and she got to finally FEEL like a resourced CEO instead of an employee in a pressure cooker.

A creativity mentor ...

Has a premium membership, but kept defaulting to her high-ticket 1:1 because making the membership scalable felt overwhelming and complicated. She used to run one or two big launches a year, then disappear into delivery. Now? she runs a single monthly event that brings new clients into the membership every single month. No launch required.

A fitness coach...

Carried several signature programs she had to keep launching, all year, just to hold her income up. We rolled some of them into one larger program with a long-term space for clients to keep deepening. Fewer deliverables. More continuation and revenue that stopped resetting every couple months.

Each of these clients I have worked with was already sitting on the revenue and a more relaxed business. The structure was just leaking it.

How Shirley shifted her core offer which resulted in higher monthly recurring revenue (without more delivery)

How Dewi implemented the Overflow Model approach to move away from a launch centric model

I want revenue that stacks →

This is for you if:

You have great offers, have worked with paying clients and have a body of work that is unique to you.

Your income rises and falls with your launches and your energy — and you can feel yourself bracing for the drop even during a good month.

You've been telling yourself you'll restructure once you hit the next milestone, and well... you've been saying that for a while now.

You're comfortable selling short term and low ticket offers, and you can't quite believe there are lots of people who would love to commit to longer upfront — least of all someone brand new to you.

Making content has started to feel an endless to do rather than something that actually fuels your creativity.

You're launching new offers monthly instead of optimizing the ones that already convert.

This isn't for you if:

You're pre-revenue, still working out what your business is, or you want someone to hand you a niche.

You want a launch strategy. This is the opposite — you'll leave with fewer moving parts, not more.

You're not willing to lay anything to rest. Part of this install is deciding what you stop carrying, and it doesn't work if everything stays.

This is the only time Overflow Season runs live.

12 enrollment spots are available.

After this cohort it becomes a self-study program. This round, you do the install with me for more hands-on support to set you up for maximum success.

hey there, i'm JENNA FAYE MADDEN

New Earth business mentor. Teacher of sovereign leadership. Founder of reSOURCED Woman — a body of work devoted to conscious women leading their life's work into the next era.

Expanding from overflow rather than output. Compounding legacy rather than labour.

For over a decade I've been witnessing and guiding women in the online landscape, including my own season as a launch queen with a business that only moved when I did. I stopped adding and started connecting, and everything changed — the revenue, level of impact and my personal freedom.

I'm not here to be anyone's guru. I'm here for women who desire for their body of work to expand without expanding what it takes from her.

Take the disjointed parts of your business — the outdated, the incongruent, the parts that only move when you do — and elevate every core area into one coherent model, anchored in overflow, that you get to compound on for years.

Overflow stops being your best month and becomes your baseline.

You can still launch when you want to. You just never have to again.
