The inclusion of a topic does not mean that Resourced Woman has assumed professional responsibility for that subject or that information is appropriate for every person, business, jurisdiction, industry, financial situation, health condition, or circumstance.
Coaching, Education, and Mentorship Are Not Management
Resourced Woman may provide direct and sometimes highly specific business coaching, feedback, strategy, suggestions, opinions, perspectives, or recommendations.
The specificity or confidence of a recommendation does not mean Resourced Woman has assumed control of your business or decision.
Resourced Woman does not become:
- the manager of your business;
- an officer or director of your company;
- your employee;
- your business partner;
- your agent;
- your fiduciary;
- your legal representative;
- your accountant;
- your financial manager;
- your technology administrator;
- your cybersecurity provider;
- your therapist;
- your healthcare provider; or
- the decision-maker for your personal affairs
merely because coaching or advice-like educational guidance is provided.
You decide whether to act.
You decide when to act.
You decide how to act.
You remain responsible for the consequences of that decision.
Recommendations Are Not Commands
A coach may say that she believes you should, should not, could, or might consider taking a particular action.
A coach may strongly recommend:
- changing an offer;
- increasing or decreasing a price;
- changing a sales strategy;
- hiring or terminating someone;
- changing contractors;
- adopting software;
- changing a funnel;
- spending money;
- reducing expenses;
- making a launch decision;
- changing marketing;
- ending or creating a partnership;
- restructuring a team;
- changing your schedule;
- setting a boundary;
- taking a personal-development action;
- experimenting with an approach; or
- making another business or personal decision.
Such a recommendation remains information for your independent evaluation.
No recommendation, however strongly expressed, transfers decision-making authority from you to Resourced Woman.
You are responsible for considering:
- risks;
- costs;
- alternatives;
- timing;
- legal consequences;
- tax consequences;
- financial consequences;
- technical consequences;
- privacy implications;
- security implications;
- employment implications;
- contractual obligations;
- your own risk tolerance; and
- facts known to you but not known to the coach.
You Remain Responsible Even If You Follow Advice Exactly
You remain responsible for a decision even where you:
- followed a recommendation exactly;
- implemented a strategy exactly as taught;
- used a recommended script;
- hired a recommended person;
- purchased a recommended product;
- adopted recommended software;
- followed an AI-generated recommendation;
- relied on a participant example;
- relied on a case study;
- acted after a private coaching conversation; or
- believed strongly that a strategy would be beneficial.
Choosing to follow information does not convert the provider of that information into the operator of your business or guarantor of the result.
An outcome that differs from what you hoped for does not, by itself, establish that the education, coaching, recommendation, tool, or strategy was defective or that responsibility for your underlying decision transferred to Resourced Woman.
Information Available to a Coach Is Necessarily Limited
Coaching is based substantially on information supplied by you.
That information may be:
- incomplete;
- inaccurate;
- outdated;
- selectively presented;
- misunderstood;
- missing important context; or
- affected by facts unknown to the coach.
Even an ongoing coaching relationship does not mean Resourced Woman knows every fact relevant to your company, finances, contracts, health, relationships, employees, customers, technology, industry, legal obligations, or personal circumstances.
A recommendation may have been different if additional information had been available.
You are responsible for disclosing information you consider materially relevant and for recognizing when a decision requires a professional who can conduct a complete assessment.
Informal Questions and Responses
Responses provided during:
- live calls;
- workshops;
- Communities;
- coaching sessions;
- comments;
- direct messages;
- email;
- support conversations;
- social media;
- AI conversations; or
- spontaneous discussions
are necessarily limited by the information and time available.
A response may omit a fact, risk, consequence, alternative, law, technical issue, professional standard, or concern that could have been identified through a formal legal review, financial analysis, cybersecurity assessment, psychological evaluation, medical assessment, tax review, or other professional engagement.
Failure to warn you about a particular risk does not mean that risk does not exist.
Independent Verification and Due Diligence
You are responsible for independently verifying material information before acting on it.
Where an action could reasonably result in substantial:
- financial loss;
- business disruption;
- legal liability;
- tax consequences;
- employment consequences;
- contractual consequences;
- privacy exposure;
- data loss;
- cybersecurity risk;
- health consequences;
- psychological consequences; or
- harm to another person,
you should conduct appropriate due diligence and obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Resourced Woman coaching is not a substitute for due diligence.

Resourced Woman does not guarantee:
- business growth;
- business survival;
- revenue;
- income;

- profit margin;
- cash flow;
- customer retention;
- partnerships;
- investment;
- media coverage;
- visibility;
- professional opportunities;
- business valuation;
- return on investment;
- recovery of money spent on an Offering;
- recovery of advertising expenditure;
- reduced working hours;
- additional free time;
- improved lifestyle; or
- any other particular business or financial result.
Your payment purchases access to the Offering described.
It does not purchase a particular outcome.
Business Results Depend on Numerous Variables
Business results may depend on factors including:
- market demand;
- product-market fit;
- pricing;
- positioning;
- customer behaviour;
- competition;
- business model;
- implementation;
- skill;
- experience;
- reputation;
- audience;
- advertising;
- capital;
- expenses;
- timing;
- team;
- economic conditions;
- platform algorithms;

Many of these variables are beyond Resourced Woman's control.
Earnings, Revenue, Profit, and Financial Examples
Any discussion of:
- income;
- revenue;
- profit;
- sales;
- launches;
- customer acquisition;
- business valuation;
- return on investment;
- advertising performance;
- audience size;
- conversion;
- financial growth; or
- other business metrics
is educational or illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Financial examples may be used to explain concepts.
They do not represent average, expected, exact, or guaranteed outcomes.
Past performance does not guarantee future performance.
A participant's success does not establish what you will earn.
Testimonials, Case Studies, and Client Experiences
Testimonials, success stories, case studies, interviews, screenshots, business examples, revenue examples, and client experiences describe individual circumstances.
Individual experiences vary.
A testimonial does not constitute:
- a guarantee;
- a warranty;
- a promise;
- an earnings projection;
- a representation that the outcome is typical; or
- proof that another person will obtain the same outcome.
Where required, material relationships such as compensation, gifted access, or affiliate arrangements will be disclosed.
Starting or Operating a Business Involves Risk
Entrepreneurship may involve substantial financial and personal risk.
Businesses can:
- lose money;
- fail;
- experience declining sales;
- lose clients;
- lose employees;
- lose contractors;
- experience reputational problems;
- suffer legal disputes;
- experience technology failures;
- incur unexpected taxes or expenses;
- experience cybersecurity incidents; or
- cease operating.
A business strategy that succeeds for one person can fail for another.
A strategy that previously succeeded can later fail because circumstances change.
Resourced Woman does not insure you against ordinary business risk.
Advertising, Marketing, and Sales Decisions
Content may discuss:
- advertising budgets;
- Meta advertising;
- Google advertising;
- social-media marketing;
- funnels;
- sales pages;
- copywriting;
- email;
- SMS;
- offers;
- claims;
- pricing;
- promotions;
- testimonials;
- scarcity;
- guarantees;
- sales conversations; and
- other marketing practices.
You remain responsible for determining whether your advertising and marketing comply with:
- consumer-protection laws;
- advertising laws;
- platform rules;
- email and SMS laws;
- privacy laws;
- testimonial and endorsement requirements;
- intellectual-property laws;
- industry-specific requirements; and
- other applicable rules.
Resourced Woman does not guarantee that a platform will approve an advertisement, that advertising will be profitable, or that a marketing strategy will produce a particular result.
Advertising Spend and Financial Commitments
If Resourced Woman discusses or recommends spending money on:
- advertising;

- technology;
- branding;
- content;
- travel; or
- another business expense,
you remain responsible for whether and how much you spend.
No recommendation represents that the expenditure will be recovered.
No recommendation represents that an investment in your business will produce a positive return.
You are responsible for your own financial capacity and risk tolerance.
Pricing, Offers, and Revenue Strategy
Resourced Woman may suggest:
- increasing prices;
- decreasing prices;
- changing payment structures;
- creating payment plans;
- changing guarantees;
- eliminating or introducing an offer;
- restructuring services;
- changing bonuses;
- modifying positioning; or
- changing a business model.
Pricing and commercial recommendations remain subject to your independent judgment.
You are responsible for considering contractual, tax, consumer-protection, competitive, market, and financial implications.
Hiring, Firing, Teams, and Contractors
Content may discuss employees, contractors, assistants, agencies, leadership, delegation, compensation, hiring, performance, and termination.
Resourced Woman does not provide employment-law advice or human-resources compliance services.
You remain responsible for:
- hiring decisions;
- termination decisions;
- worker classification;
- compensation;
- workplace policies;
- contracts;
- payroll;
- employment standards;
- discrimination obligations;
- workplace safety;
- privacy;
- benefits;
- taxes; and
- compliance with applicable employment laws.
A recommendation concerning a person does not constitute a factual or legal determination about that person's competence, character, employment rights, or conduct.
Legal and Regulatory Disclaimer
Resourced Woman does not provide legal advice, legal representation, contract review, legal opinions, regulatory approval, or compliance certification.
Content may discuss subjects such as:
- business entities;
- contracts;
- trademarks;
- copyright;
- privacy;
- advertising;
- consumer protection;
- employment;
- websites;
- terms;
- disclaimers;
- guarantees;
- business practices; or
- other legal or regulatory subjects.
Such discussion is general educational information.
Laws vary by jurisdiction and change over time.
Consult an appropriately qualified lawyer for advice concerning your specific circumstances.
Financial, Tax, Accounting, Investment, and Credit Disclaimer
Resourced Woman does not provide regulated:
- investment advice;
- securities advice;
- financial planning;
- tax advice;

Business coaching may discuss:
- revenue;
- profit;
- margins;
- expenses;
- pricing;
- cash flow;
- budgets;
- debt;
- hiring budgets;
- financial goals; or
- commercial strategy.
Discussing those subjects does not create a financial-adviser, accountant, tax-adviser, investment-adviser, or fiduciary relationship.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriately qualified financial, tax, legal, and accounting advice.
Debt, Financing, and Investment Decisions
Do not interpret a business-growth recommendation as a direction to:
- incur debt;
- use credit;
- borrow against property;
- liquidate investments;
- obtain financing;
- personally guarantee a business obligation;
- invest money you cannot afford to lose; or
- take another substantial financial risk.
Any decision to finance a business or make a substantial financial commitment is yours.
Resourced Woman does not guarantee that future earnings will repay debt, financing, investment, advertising spend, or the price of an Offering.

Resourced Woman may discuss, demonstrate, recommend, link to, integrate with, or use third-party technology such as:
- Kajabi;
- ThriveCart;
- Stripe;

A recommendation, tutorial, demonstration, integration, affiliate link, referral, or mention does not constitute a warranty of that product's security, reliability, privacy, legality, availability, suitability, or performance.
Third-party technology can fail.
Cybersecurity, Data Loss, and Technology Risk
Using online business technology involves cybersecurity and data risks.
Possible risks include:
- hacking;

- unauthorized access;
- credential theft;
- data loss;
- data corruption;
- privacy breaches;
- account takeover;

- integration failure;
- software bugs;
- automation errors;
- accidental publication;
- vendor breaches;
- employee or contractor misuse; and
- loss of access to digital assets.
If Resourced Woman recommends or discusses a technology platform, that does not mean we have performed a complete cybersecurity, penetration-testing, privacy, legal, data-governance, or technical assessment of the service.
You are responsible for independently assessing technology before using it.
Depending on your circumstances, prudent safeguards may include:
- strong unique passwords;
- multi-factor authentication;
- secure administrator access;
- backups;
- recovery procedures;
- appropriate permissions;
- access reviews;
- secure devices;
- privacy settings;
- vendor due diligence;
- written contractor access rules;
- appropriate cyber insurance; and
- qualified cybersecurity support.
Resourced Woman is not your managed security provider or cybersecurity administrator unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Software Failures, Hacks, and Third-Party Security Incidents
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resourced Woman is not responsible for a third-party software provider's:
- cybersecurity breach;

- data loss;
- account suspension;
- service failure;
- fraudulent activity;
- unauthorized access;
- privacy practices;
- change in functionality;
- discontinued feature;

- other conduct
merely because we recommended, mentioned, demonstrated, linked to, used, or taught about that provider.
You are responsible for reviewing the provider's own terms, security information, privacy practices, permissions, and suitability before use.
Referrals, Contractors, Agencies, and Service Providers
Resourced Woman may recommend or introduce:
- contractors;
- agencies;
- virtual assistants;
- coaches;
- copywriters;
- designers;
- media buyers;
- software providers;

- competence;
- qualifications;
- character;
- security;
- availability;
- pricing;
- insurance;
- legal compliance;
- suitability; or
- performance.
Unless Resourced Woman expressly contracts with you to provide and assume responsibility for the applicable service, your agreement with the referred provider is independent from your relationship with Resourced Woman.
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.
Affiliate Links and Financial Relationships
Some recommendations may involve affiliate links, referral fees, commissions, gifted products, free access, sponsorship, or another material relationship.
Where required, such relationships will be disclosed.
Receipt of an affiliate commission does not transform Resourced Woman into the manufacturer, operator, guarantor, insurer, or cybersecurity provider of the third-party service.
You remain responsible for deciding whether the third-party product is appropriate for you.

- summaries;
- administration;
- recommendations;
- customer support; and
- internal operations.
AI Services may involve third-party providers such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Claude, Kajabi AI, or other providers.
AI Output Can Be Wrong
Artificial intelligence can produce output that is:
- inaccurate;
- fabricated;
- incomplete;
- outdated;
- inconsistent;
- biased;
- repetitive;
- legally inappropriate;
- financially inappropriate;
- contextually inappropriate;
- unsafe;
- overly confident; or
- materially wrong.
An AI response is not verified simply because it sounds confident or detailed.
You are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying important AI output.
Do not rely on AI as the sole basis for a high-impact:
- legal;
- medical;
- psychological;
- psychiatric;
- financial;
- tax;
- employment;
- cybersecurity;
- safety;
- crisis;
- relationship; or
- similarly consequential decision.
AI Does Not Replace Jenna or a Licensed Professional
An AI Service is not:
- Jenna;

- a counsellor;
- a physician;
- a lawyer;
- an accountant;
- a financial adviser;
- an investment adviser;
- a cybersecurity professional;
- an emergency responder; or
- another regulated professional.
A conversational interface does not create a professional relationship.
Information Submitted to AI
You are responsible for information you submit to an AI Service.
Do not unnecessarily submit:
- passwords;
- payment credentials;
- banking information;
- government identification;
- medical records;
- confidential customer records;
- client secrets;
- employee information;
- third-party trade secrets;
- privileged legal material; or
- information you do not have authority to disclose.
Your use of AI Services is also subject to the Resourced Woman Privacy & Cookie Policy and, where applicable, the provider's terms and privacy policies.

- psychiatric treatment;
- psychology services;
- counselling;
- trauma therapy;
- mental-health diagnosis;

Business coaching and personal development may nevertheless involve personally significant topics.
These may include:

- success;
- relationships;
- boundaries;
- family;
- leadership;
- stress;
- burnout;
- shame;
- ambition;
- self-perception;
- conflict;
- business pressure;
- difficult decisions; or
- personal experiences.
Discussing emotional material does not transform coaching into therapy.
Coaching Can Feel Emotionally Challenging
Coaching may challenge your assumptions, beliefs, decisions, habits, business practices, boundaries, identity, or current circumstances.
You may sometimes experience:
- discomfort;
- frustration;
- uncertainty;
- sadness;
- anger;
- fear;
- embarrassment;
- emotional activation;
- crying;
- resistance;
- disappointment; or
- other emotional responses.
The existence of an emotional response does not, by itself, mean that therapy or mental-health treatment was being provided.
You remain responsible for determining when you require a qualified mental-health professional.
Psychological Fitness Is Not Assessed
Resourced Woman does not undertake to diagnose or determine whether you are psychologically or psychiatrically fit to participate in an Offering.
Acceptance into a Program, attendance on a call, participation in a Community, receipt of coaching, or access to an experiential practice does not constitute a clinical determination that participation is medically or psychologically appropriate for you.
We may not know:
- your diagnosis;
- treatment history;
- medications;
- trauma history;
- psychiatric history;
- current symptoms; or
- other facts affecting your response to an exercise.
You are responsible for assessing your own capacity and obtaining licensed professional advice when appropriate.

- visualization;
- guided imagery;
- mindfulness;
- breath awareness;
- breathwork;

- somatic awareness;
- sensory exercises;
- journaling;
- reflection;
- mindset practices;
- belief exploration;
- identity exercises;
- emotional reflection;
- spiritual practices;
- intuitive exercises; or
- similar experiential practices.
People may respond differently to these practices.
Possible responses can include:
- relaxation;
- emotional activation;
- unexpected memories;
- discomfort;
- anxiety;
- fear;
- crying;
- physical sensations;
- dizziness;
- fatigue;
- intrusive thoughts;
- overwhelm;
- disorientation;
- distress; or
- other unexpected physical or psychological experiences.
No particular emotional, psychological, spiritual, or therapeutic result is guaranteed.
Participation in Experiential Practices Is Voluntary
Unless a particular activity has a separate legally valid requirement expressly disclosed in advance, participation in a meditation, visualization, breath-focused, somatic, intuitive, spiritual, emotional, or similar experiential practice is voluntary.
You may:
- decline to participate;
- keep your eyes open;
- change your position;
- pause;
- modify the activity; or
- stop.
You are responsible for listening to your own physical and psychological limits.
If you believe an activity is unsuitable for you, do not participate.
Safe Environment for Experiential Practices
Do not participate in an eyes-closed, deeply inward, meditation, visualization, breath-focused, or attention-reducing activity while:
- driving;
- operating machinery;
- swimming;
- bathing;
- using equipment requiring attention;
- supervising a hazardous activity;
- caring for someone who requires continuous supervision; or
- in another circumstance where reduced attention may create a safety risk.
You are responsible for choosing an appropriate environment for participation.
Distress, Disorientation, or Destabilization
If an activity produces significant:
- distress;
- panic;
- disorientation;
- destabilization;
- intrusive thoughts;
- unexpected psychological symptoms;
- confusion;
- difficulty distinguishing an exercise from ordinary reality;
- thoughts of harming yourself; or
- thoughts of harming another person,
stop participating and seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance.
Resourced Woman is not responsible for replacing licensed healthcare or emergency services.
Resourced Woman Is Not a Crisis Service
Resourced Woman is not an emergency, crisis-response, suicide-prevention, psychiatric-monitoring, or continuous mental-health support service.
We do not undertake a duty to continuously monitor:
- Kajabi;
- Communities;
- email;
- direct messages;
- social-media messages;
- coaching submissions;
- questionnaires;
- voice notes;
- comments;
- AI conversations;
- support requests;
- workshop chats; or
- other communications
for indications of crisis, self-harm, harm to another person, abuse, medical emergency, psychiatric emergency, or other urgent danger.
Messages may not be seen immediately.
Do not use Resourced Woman channels as a substitute for emergency or crisis services.
Safety-Related Intervention
Where permitted or required by law, if Resourced Woman actually becomes aware of information that reasonably indicates a serious or imminent safety concern, we may take reasonable steps based on the circumstances.
Those steps may include:
- pausing participation;
- ending a call;
- restricting Community access;
- declining to continue an exercise;
- encouraging professional assistance;
- contacting an emergency service;
- contacting an appropriate third party;
- preserving relevant records; or
- disclosing information as permitted or required by law.
Taking such a step does not create an ongoing duty to monitor, diagnose, treat, supervise, or manage the participant.
We may also decline or discontinue participation where we reasonably believe an Offering is not an appropriate setting for an individual's needs.
No Therapist-Client or Other Clinical Relationship
Participating in coaching, sharing personal information, crying on a call, discussing trauma, discussing a diagnosis, talking about relationships, receiving compassionate support, participating in meditation, or discussing emotional experiences does not create a therapist-client, psychologist-client, psychiatrist-patient, counsellor-client, or doctor-patient relationship.
A professional relationship exists only where expressly established through a legally appropriate separate agreement with a person acting in that professional capacity.
Relationship, Family, and Personal-Life Decisions
Business and personal development can overlap.
Conversations may touch on:
- marriage;
- partners;
- family;
- friendships;
- parenting;
- boundaries;
- relocation;
- lifestyle;
- social relationships;
- interpersonal conflict; or
- other personal circumstances.
Resourced Woman does not provide couples therapy, family therapy, relationship counselling, custody advice, or legal advice concerning personal relationships.
You remain responsible for major personal decisions.
A coaching conversation does not transfer responsibility for a decision to:
- end a relationship;
- remain in a relationship;
- confront someone;
- relocate;
- change family arrangements;
- change a boundary; or
- take another significant personal action.
Spiritual, Intuitive, Energetic, and Subjective Content
Resourced Woman may discuss or use language concerning:

- energetic alignment;
- feminine or masculine concepts;
- spirituality;
- purpose;
- inner knowing;

- consciousness;
- intuitive impressions;
- symbolic meaning;
- synchronicity;
- spiritual practices; or
- related personal-development frameworks.
These subjects may be presented as subjective, experiential, philosophical, spiritual, metaphorical, intuitive, or personal-development material.
We do not guarantee the objective truth, scientific validity, predictive value, spiritual meaning, accuracy, or reproducibility of a subjective or intuitive experience.
Spiritual or Intuitive Information Is Not Verified Evidence
An intuitive, spiritual, energetic, symbolic, meditative, or AI-generated impression is not automatically:
- verified fact;
- evidence;
- diagnosis;
- legal conclusion;
- financial analysis;
- psychological assessment;
- prediction;
- command;
- safety determination; or
- professional recommendation.
Do not rely on subjective material as the sole basis for a high-impact medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, relationship, safety, or business decision.
Use independent judgment and appropriate objective information.
No Diagnosis or Factual Claims About Third Parties
A coach may discuss patterns, dynamics, behaviours, boundaries, or personal impressions concerning another person based on information you provide.
Unless expressly provided by a qualified professional acting within an appropriate professional relationship, such discussion is not a psychiatric, psychological, medical, or legal diagnosis of that person.
Do not interpret coaching language as verified proof that another person:
- has a personality disorder;
- is mentally ill;
- is narcissistic;
- is abusive;
- is dangerous;
- is dishonest;
- has a particular motive;
- intends harm;
- is spiritually harmful; or
- has another factual or clinical characteristic.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate evidence and qualified assistance when a serious decision concerning another person depends on such issues.
No Spiritual Authority Over You
Participation in Resourced Woman does not give Jenna, another coach, a facilitator, a guest, a Community member, or an AI Service authority over:
- your conscience;
- spiritual beliefs;
- personal autonomy;
- relationships;
- finances;
- business;
- health;
- medical care;
- legal decisions; or
- life decisions.
You are free to disagree with an interpretation or recommendation.
You are responsible for retaining your own judgment.

Resourced Woman may discuss competitors, advertisements, websites, books, content, funnels, offers, designs, marketing campaigns, brands, or other third-party intellectual property for educational purposes.
Nothing provided by Resourced Woman authorizes you to:
- plagiarize;
- infringe copyright;
- infringe trademarks;
- copy protected designs;
- steal confidential information;
- scrape data unlawfully;
- impersonate another business; or
- otherwise violate another person's intellectual-property rights.
You are responsible for ensuring that material you publish or use is lawfully yours to use.

This does not constitute privacy-law compliance advice.
You remain responsible for your own business's:
- privacy notices;
- consent practices;
- cookies;

- SMS practices;
- data security;
- vendor agreements;
- customer information;

Community Participants Are Independent
Participants in a Resourced Woman Community or group Offering are independent people.
Their:
- opinions;
- advice;
- business recommendations;
- spiritual perspectives;
- personal experiences;
- health statements;
- legal comments;
- financial comments; or
- other statements
do not automatically represent Resourced Woman.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, safety, professionalism, or legality of another participant's statement.
Community Confidentiality Has Limits
Resourced Woman may establish confidentiality and conduct rules for Communities and group coaching environments.
Participants may be prohibited from:
- recording;
- screenshotting;
- publishing private discussions;
- disclosing another participant's identity;
- sharing private stories;
- harvesting contact information;
- copying confidential strategies;
- using another participant's business data; or
- soliciting members without authorization.
However, Resourced Woman cannot guarantee that every participant will obey those rules.
You are responsible for exercising judgment regarding what you disclose in a group setting.
Do not disclose information that would create an unacceptable risk if another participant improperly repeated it.
No Guarantee of a Conflict-Free Community
A Community or group coaching environment may involve:
- disagreement;
- differing values;
- strong personalities;
- criticism;
- feedback;
- difficult conversations;
- emotional responses; or
- interpersonal conflict.
We may moderate conduct and enforce Community standards.
We do not guarantee that every interaction will be comfortable, agreeable, supportive, or free from interpersonal conflict.
We also do not undertake a duty to continuously supervise every participant interaction.
Harassment, threats, serious privacy breaches, and other prohibited conduct may be addressed under the applicable Terms and Community rules.
Recordings, Transcripts, and AI-Generated Notes
Calls, workshops, Programs, and group sessions may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or processed using artificial intelligence as described in the Terms & Conditions and Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Transcripts, automated captions, summaries, and AI-generated notes may contain errors.
Do not assume a transcript or AI summary is a perfect or complete record of what was said.
Participant-only recordings may contain names, images, voices, chats, or questions from participants.
Private recordings or private coaching material are not automatically authorized for public advertising or testimonial use merely because they were recorded.
Social Media and Public Content
Social-media posts, videos, stories, reels, comments, livestreams, emails, podcasts, interviews, and other public Content are created for a general audience.
They are not individualized professional advice.
The short-form nature of public Content means:
- exceptions may be omitted;
- nuance may be limited;
- context may be missing;
- information may become outdated; and
- a general principle may not apply to your circumstances.
Do not treat a social-media response or direct-message exchange as a comprehensive professional consultation.
Guests, Interviews, and Contributors
Resourced Woman may feature:
- guest speakers;
- interviewees;
- experts;
- clients;
- affiliates;
- participants;
- contractors; or
- third-party contributors.
Their appearance does not mean Resourced Woman adopts, verifies, warrants, or guarantees every statement, belief, method, product, service, claim, recommendation, or opinion they express.
Where appropriate, evaluate third-party information independently.
Third-Party Platforms and Links
Resourced Woman may rely on or link to third-party websites, software, social networks, payment platforms, Communities, AI systems, video platforms, email providers, scheduling systems, financial technology, contractors, retailers, and other resources.
Third-party services are operated under their own terms, policies, security practices, and business decisions.
Resourced Woman does not control:
- third-party availability;
- platform bans;

- account suspensions;
- account deletions;
- third-party pricing;
- third-party privacy practices;
- feature changes;
- service discontinuation;

A link or integration is not a guarantee.
Platform Dependency and Business Continuity
A business that relies heavily on:
- Instagram;
- Facebook;

- YouTube;
- Kajabi;
- Stripe;
- PayPal;
- an AI provider;
- an email provider;

Resourced Woman may teach or use those platforms without guaranteeing their continued operation.
You are responsible for your own business-continuity planning, backups, asset ownership, customer records, recovery processes, and diversification decisions.

is complete, current, free from error, or appropriate for your circumstances.
Information may become outdated.
You are responsible for independently verifying material information before acting on it.
No Duty to Update Historical Content
Business practices, platforms, laws, technology, AI systems, marketing environments, prices, tools, and opinions change.
A recording or resource may remain available after some information has become outdated.
We may update Content but do not undertake to update every historical:
- lesson;
- social-media post;
- video;
- interview;
- recording;
- template;
- workshop;
- email; or
- resource.
Where currency is important to your decision, verify current information.
