3

What Personal Information Means

“Personal information” means information about an identifiable individual.

It may include information that identifies you directly, such as your name, email address, telephone number, photograph, or mailing address, and information that may identify you when combined with other information, such as an IP address, device identifier, transaction history, program activity, business information, or social-media handle.

Personal information generally does not include anonymous or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be connected with an identifiable individual, or ordinary business contact information used solely to communicate with a person in their professional capacity where excluded by applicable law.

Not all confidential business information is necessarily personal information under applicable privacy law. However, Resourced Woman may also receive proprietary, commercially sensitive, or confidential business information in the course of coaching and mentorship. We address that information in this Policy where relevant to explain our practices and your expectations when participating in our Offerings.

4

Our Privacy Principles

We seek to collect, use, and disclose personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances.

We limit collection to information reasonably needed for our stated purposes, use reasonable safeguards, provide access and correction rights where required, retain information only as reasonably necessary, and obtain consent where consent is required.

Depending on the applicable law and context, we process personal information based on consent, performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, protection of rights and safety, or legitimate business interests that are not overridden by applicable individual rights.

You may withdraw consent to certain processing, subject to legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, security, dispute-resolution, and operational restrictions. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide an Offering.

We generally receive transaction information such as your name, email address, billing address, transaction amount, currency, payment status, payment method, processor reference, installment schedule, subscription status, refunds, disputes, and limited card information such as the card brand and final digits.

We do not need or intend to store complete payment-card numbers or security codes on our ordinary business systems.

Payment information may be processed through Kajabi Payments, ThriveCart, Stripe, PayPal, banks, financing providers, card networks, crypto-payment providers, or another processor used for the transaction.

Where reasonably necessary, we may also request identity, location, wallet-control, source-of-funds, sanctions-screening, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance information.

Blockchain transactions may be publicly visible and permanent.

Information recorded on a public blockchain may not be capable of being changed or deleted by us.

11

Personal, Emotional, Health, and Other Sensitive Information

Business coaching and mentorship can intersect with a participant's personal circumstances.

Participants may voluntarily discuss or disclose information concerning stress, emotional experiences, confidence, relationships, family circumstances, finances, identity, beliefs, health circumstances, mental health, pregnancy, disability, personal history, or other potentially sensitive matters that affect their business, decision-making, participation, or goals.

Resourced Woman does not require participants to disclose sensitive personal information unless reasonably necessary for a specific disclosed purpose.

Please provide only information that you are comfortable sharing and that is reasonably relevant to the Offering, communication, or support you are seeking.

Do not send or upload medical records, psychiatric records, therapy notes, detailed diagnostic records, government identification numbers, passwords, payment credentials, confidential third-party records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email, Communities, calls, forms, or AI Services unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel and you are authorized to provide it.

If you voluntarily disclose sensitive information, we may process it only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which you provided it, to provide or administer the relevant Offering, respond to your communication, maintain appropriate business records, address a safety or security concern, protect legal rights, or comply with law.

Resourced Woman provides business coaching, mentorship, education, information, and related services. It is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, counselling, therapy, or crisis-intervention service. More detailed provisions concerning the nature and limits of our services appear in our applicable Terms & Conditions and disclaimers.

12

Safety Concerns and Serious Harm

Information you provide to us is not automatically protected by a legally recognized doctor-patient, therapist-client, solicitor-client, or other regulated professional privilege merely because it concerns personal, emotional, health, or sensitive matters.

Where permitted or required by applicable law, we may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful legal process, protect the rights or safety of Resourced Woman or another person, investigate fraud or unlawful conduct, or respond to a credible or serious safety concern or threat of harm.

Resourced Woman is not an emergency, crisis-response, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic service and does not undertake to continuously monitor communications, Communities, emails, forms, coaching submissions, AI interactions, or other channels for indications of crisis, self-harm, harm to others, medical emergencies, or other urgent situations.

13

Information About Other People

In the course of coaching, mentorship, Community participation, calls, applications, submissions, support requests, or AI use, you may voluntarily provide information concerning another person.

This could include information about customers, clients, employees, contractors, business partners, vendors, family members, colleagues, or other individuals.

You should provide another person's personal or confidential information only where you have authority to do so and only to the extent reasonably necessary for the purpose.

Do not submit:

  • unnecessary customer or client records;
  • payment credentials;
  • passwords;
  • government identifiers;
  • medical records;
  • confidential personnel files;
  • private communications you are not authorized to disclose; or
  • other sensitive third-party information that is unnecessary for the service.

If you provide information concerning another person, you represent that you have the authority or other lawful basis necessary to provide it where such authority or basis is required.

14

Recordings, Transcripts, Chats, and Coaching Notes

Coaching calls, mentorship calls, workshops, classes, question-and-answer calls, Community calls, onboarding sessions, events, private sessions, group sessions, support calls, and other online meetings may be audio recorded, video recorded, transcribed, summarized, or processed through AI or transcription tools.

Recordings may include your name, display name, profile image, face, voice, video background, chat messages, questions, reactions, screen sharing, and information you voluntarily discuss.

Group-program recordings, transcripts, summaries, or related materials may be made available to authorized participants within the relevant program, membership, Community, or portal.

Information you disclose during a group environment may therefore be heard or viewed by other authorized participants.

Private coaching recordings, transcripts, notes, and summaries are not ordinarily made available to other program participants. They may be used internally for service delivery, coaching continuity, support, administration, training, quality assurance, safety, recordkeeping, legal compliance, or dispute resolution unless separate permission is obtained for broader use.

Recordings and transcripts may be stored or processed through Kajabi, Zoom, cloud-storage providers, transcription services, AI providers, or other authorized service providers.

You may generally participate with your camera off unless visual participation is reasonably required for a specifically disclosed activity, event, identity-verification process, or service.

16

17

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored on or accessed through a browser or device.

We may also use pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, scripts, web beacons, tracking URLs, and similar technologies.

Strictly necessary cookies may support security, checkout, account login, payment processing, fraud prevention, load balancing, and essential Site functions.

These technologies may operate without optional consent where permitted by law because the requested service cannot function properly without them.

Functional cookies may remember preferences and support enhanced features.

Analytics technologies may help us understand Site traffic, page performance, customer journeys, email engagement, audience behavior, and how users interact with Offerings.

Advertising cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may help us measure campaigns, attribute conversions, create or measure audiences, limit repeated advertising, and deliver or evaluate interest-based or targeted advertising.

Affiliate and referral technologies may identify the source of a visit, lead, or purchase so that referrals, bonuses, and commissions can be tracked.

18

Technologies and Third-Party Platforms We May Use

We currently use or may use technologies and services provided by Kajabi, ThriveCart, Stripe, PayPal, Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Vimeo, Zoom, scheduling providers, email and SMS providers, transcription providers, artificial-intelligence providers, affiliate systems, referral systems, cloud-storage providers, advertising networks, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services, and other technology providers reasonably related to operating our business.

This may include technologies such as:

  • form and checkout tracking;
  • CAPTCHA or anti-fraud systems; and
  • similar technologies.

The particular providers or technologies we use may change as our Sites, campaigns, systems, and business evolve.

Providers may collect online identifiers, device information, browsing activity, referral information, interaction data, advertising information, and related information according to their own policies.

19

Cookie Choices and Consent

Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before activating non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.

We may use a cookie banner, preference centre, regional settings, platform controls, or another consent tool.

Where a preference tool is available, you may be able to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or select categories.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.

You may also use browser or device controls to block or delete cookies.

Blocking certain cookies may prevent logins, checkouts, videos, saved preferences, personalization, or other Site features from functioning correctly.

Some browsers or devices provide Global Privacy Control or another legally recognized opt-out preference signal. Where we are legally required and technically able to recognize such a signal, we will process it as required by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that every browser “Do Not Track” signal will be recognized because there is no universally applied technical standard governing every such signal.

20

Analytics, Advertising, and Marketing Measurement

We use analytics to understand Site and program activity, determine how visitors find us, improve user experience, evaluate Content and Offerings, understand customer journeys, and measure marketing performance.

We may use advertising services provided by Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to create or measure audiences, attribute conversions, understand advertising performance, retarget or remarket where permitted, and display advertising to people who may be interested in Resourced Woman.

Advertising providers may connect information collected through our Sites or advertisements with information they already hold about their users, subject to their policies, applicable law, and your settings with those providers.

You may adjust advertising preferences through our cookie tool where available, browser or device settings, recognized opt-out mechanisms where applicable, or the advertising and privacy controls supplied by relevant platforms.

21

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

Resourced Woman uses and may continue to develop artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, automated, and AI-assisted technologies as part of its business, programs, coaching support, customer experience, and internal operations.

Internal AI Use

We may use AI services to assist with functions such as:

  • transcription;
  • call summarization;

  • summarizing questionnaires, surveys, or applications;
  • organizing or reviewing information submitted by participants;

These may operate through OpenAI or ChatGPT, Anthropic or Claude, Kajabi, or another AI or technology provider.

Information that you submit directly to an AI Service may be transmitted to and processed by the underlying provider.

Information Processed Through AI

Depending on the purpose and service, information processed through AI may include:

We seek to limit information shared with third-party AI services to what is reasonably appropriate for the relevant purpose.

Information You Should Not Submit to AI Services

Do not submit passwords, complete payment credentials, government identification numbers, detailed medical or psychiatric records, confidential third-party client records, trade secrets that are unnecessary for the service, highly sensitive financial credentials, or information you do not have authority to disclose.

AI Providers

We currently use or may use OpenAI and ChatGPT, Anthropic and Claude, AI features available within Kajabi, and other AI or automated providers appropriate to our business.

Providers may process, transmit, temporarily retain, secure, monitor, or otherwise handle information according to their own agreements, configurations, privacy policies, security practices, and legal obligations.

Provider practices and available privacy configurations may change over time.

De-Identified and Aggregated AI Information

We may use de-identified or aggregated questions, patterns, themes, feedback, usage information, or educational insights to improve Resourced Woman Content, programs, resources, coaching systems, and AI Services where the information does not reasonably identify an individual.

We will not publicly use an identifiable personal story, private coaching submission, testimonial, photograph, video, voice recording, confidential business information, or case study merely because it was processed through an AI system.

AI Output

AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unexpected, biased, or inappropriate output.

AI Services are provided as educational or supportive tools and should not be treated as substitutes for appropriate independent judgment or qualified professional advice.

AI Services are not emergency, medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, accounting, investment, or financial-advisory services.

Additional terms concerning reliance on AI output, coaching recommendations, independent decision-making, business risk, and responsibility for actions and results may appear in the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Automated Decision-Making

We may use automated systems to support advertising, analytics, recommendations, transcription, summarization, fraud detection, moderation, security, personalization, and administrative review.

We do not intend to use AI or automated processing as the sole basis for a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual where applicable law requires human involvement, notice, explanation, consent, objection, or appeal rights.

22

Affiliate and Referral Tracking

We may use referral links, affiliate codes, cookies, tracking identifiers, and similar technologies to determine whether a customer arrived through a referring person or partner and whether a commission, referral payment, bonus, or attribution is applicable.

We may share limited information with a referring affiliate or partner where reasonably necessary to administer the referral relationship.

This may include confirmation that a qualifying registration or purchase occurred, commission information, refund status, or an anonymized or limited transaction reference.

We do not provide our entire customer or subscriber list to an affiliate merely because the affiliate referred a customer.

If we conduct a joint promotion, co-registration arrangement, partner campaign, list-sharing promotion, or another arrangement in which another party will receive your contact information for its own independent marketing, we will disclose that arrangement at the point of collection and obtain any consent required by law.

23

Social Media and Third-Party Channels

Resourced Woman may operate accounts, channels, profiles, groups, or Communities through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other social or communication platforms.

When you follow, comment, message, tag, mention, subscribe, share, react, join a group, submit a voice note, or otherwise interact with us through a third-party platform, we may receive your name, profile information, username, public posts, messages, comments, tags, mentions, engagement information, and analytics supplied by the platform.

The platform separately collects and processes information according to its own privacy policy.

Your use of that platform is also subject to the platform's terms and settings.

Information intentionally posted publicly on social media may be visible, copied, indexed, reshared, embedded, referenced, or stored by others.

Do not publicly post information you do not want others to see.

24

Email and SMS Communications

We may collect your email address or telephone number through purchases, registrations, free resources, waitlists, applications, events, Communities, forms, contests, referrals, direct requests, or other interactions.

We may send transactional communications relating to purchases, Accounts, security, billing, Offering delivery, calls, coaching, Communities, applications, events, support, legal notices, and service changes.

Where permitted by law, we may also send marketing emails or SMS communications about Content, offers, events, programs, promotions, or related opportunities where we have consent or another applicable lawful basis.

Our emails may contain technologies that indicate whether an email was delivered or opened, whether links were clicked, and related engagement information.

We may use that information to manage deliverability, protect sender reputation, understand engagement, segment communications, operate automations, personalize messaging, identify inactive subscribers, and improve marketing and customer communications.

Marketing communications will identify the sender and provide an unsubscribe or opt-out method where required.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message.

Where SMS marketing is used, you may opt out using the method identified in the communication, such as replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

We may retain a limited suppression record after an unsubscribe so that we can honour the request and avoid accidentally returning the address or number to active marketing.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional, security, billing, contractual, program, coaching, Account, or other non-promotional messages that are reasonably necessary.

If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, PayPal claim, financing dispute, crypto dispute, or similar process, we may disclose information reasonably relevant to the dispute to a bank, card issuer, payment network, processor, financing provider, insurer, collection provider, legal adviser, regulator, or dispute administrator.

Relevant information may include:

  • purchase records;
  • application or enrollment records;
  • sales-page disclosures;
  • checkout information;
  • receipts;
  • signed agreements;
  • identity and billing information;
  • IP address;
  • device information;
  • login history;
  • program access;
  • lesson or video progress;
  • downloads;
  • call attendance;
  • Community activity;
  • submissions;
  • support messages;
  • communications;
  • coaching records;
  • recordings;
  • transcripts; and
  • evidence of delivery or use.

We limit disclosure to information reasonably relevant to verifying the transaction, responding to the claim, preventing fraud, collecting amounts owed, or protecting legal rights.

28

Sale, Rental, and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell or rent customer contact lists or personal information to data brokers or advertisers for money.

We may disclose online identifiers, browsing activity, or advertising information to Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar providers for analytics, conversion measurement, audience creation, attribution, remarketing, and interest-based advertising.

Some privacy laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” cross-context behavioural advertising, or targeted advertising even when no money is paid for the information.

Where such laws apply, you may have the right to opt out through our cookie preference tool, a legally recognized browser preference signal, or by contacting us.

We may share limited information with affiliates, referral partners, or joint-promotion partners as described in this Policy.

We will request additional consent where required before providing contact details to another party for that party's independent marketing.

29

Testimonials, Success Stories, Results, and Publicity

Purchasing, applying, participating, joining a Community, attending coaching, or communicating privately with Resourced Woman does not automatically authorize us to publicly use your identifiable name, face, voice, private message, private Community post, coaching submission, business information, financial results, revenue results, screenshots, testimonial, story, or case study for marketing.

Our general practice is to obtain permission before publicly using identifiable participant material that was provided privately.

Permission may be obtained through email, direct message, text message, voice note, form, written agreement, recorded conversation, or another reasonably clear communication.

Where appropriate, we may ask whether you authorize use of:

  • your first name;
  • full name;
  • business name;
  • social-media handle;
  • photograph;
  • video;
  • voice;
  • written testimonial;
  • screenshot;
  • business results;
  • financial results;
  • story; or
  • other identifying information.

Permission for one form of use does not necessarily authorize every possible form of use.

For example, permission to share a testimonial using a first name does not automatically authorize use of a full name, financial screenshot, photograph, or paid advertisement unless reasonably included within the permission granted.

You may withdraw consent for future testimonial or publicity use by contacting us, subject to materials already lawfully published, distributed, printed, recorded, scheduled, or contractually committed before withdrawal and subject to applicable law.

30

Public Social-Media Posts, Tags, Mentions, and Resharing

The rules for deliberately public content differ from information supplied privately.

If you intentionally publish content to a public social-media account or other publicly accessible channel and:

  • tag Resourced Woman;
  • tag or mention Jenna in connection with Resourced Woman;
  • mention Resourced Woman;
  • directly send us a public post or Story for attention or resharing;
  • publicly celebrate a milestone, result, event, program experience, or interaction with Resourced Woman; or
  • otherwise clearly direct or associate public content with Resourced Woman,

we may view, react to, reference, and reshare that public content through ordinary platform functionality where that use is reasonably consistent with the context in which you published and shared it.

For example, we may reshare a public Story that tags Resourced Woman or publicly acknowledge a milestone post that identifies Resourced Woman.

This does not automatically authorize materially different commercial uses.

We will ordinarily seek separate permission before converting public participant content into uses such as a dedicated paid advertisement, permanent sales-page testimonial, formal case study, or materially altered promotional asset where separate permission would reasonably be expected or required by law.

Public content may remain visible, copied, indexed, cached, archived, or reshared by third parties even after you delete the original content.

31

Private Communities, Group Coaching, and Member Information

Information posted inside a private Kajabi Community, membership space, private program area, group coaching environment, chat, event, or similar setting may be visible to other authorized participants.

Information shared during a group coaching call may be heard or seen by the other participants present and may appear in a recording made available to authorized members of the relevant program.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

However, Resourced Woman cannot guarantee that another participant will not copy, disclose, repeat, screenshot, record, or misuse information that you voluntarily share in a group environment.

Share carefully.

Information you submit privately to Resourced Woman outside of a group environment is not automatically made available to other participants.

Posting a success, milestone, result, testimonial, or story inside a private Community does not automatically authorize Resourced Woman to publish that information externally in public marketing.

International Processing and Transfers

New Earth Era Inc. is located in British Columbia, Canada.

Our customers, participants, contractors, service providers, and technology providers may be located around the world.

Personal information may therefore be processed or stored in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or other countries.

When personal information is transferred outside your province, state, or country, it may be subject to the laws and lawful-access processes of the destination jurisdiction.

We take reasonable steps to select service providers and contractual arrangements appropriate to the nature of the information and services involved.

However, no international transfer, cloud system, AI provider, payment platform, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be free from lawful access, cybersecurity risk, or other security risk.

33

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and for legitimate business, contractual, security, accounting, legal, tax, insurance, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and regulatory purposes.

Account and program information may be retained while an Account or customer relationship remains active and for a reasonable period afterward.

Application, coaching, mentorship, Community, and program records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Offering, maintain continuity, document the business relationship, provide support, address complaints or disputes, and protect legal rights.

Transaction, tax, contract, chargeback, fraud, and accounting records may be retained for the legally or operationally required period.

Business information, submissions, coaching notes, call recordings, transcripts, AI notes, and support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, administration, coaching continuity, training, quality assurance, safety, dispute handling, legitimate business records, or legal purposes.

Marketing information may be retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, request deletion, or the information is otherwise no longer reasonably required, subject to a limited suppression record used to honour your opt-out.

Where information has been incorporated into aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies you, we may retain that information for legitimate business, research, analytical, or educational purposes.

When identifiable information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely destroy it.

Residual copies may temporarily remain in backups, security logs, archives, or legally protected records until they are overwritten or eligible for deletion.

34

Security Safeguards

We use reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity and volume of information we handle.

Safeguards may include:

  • restricted access;
  • passwords;
  • multifactor authentication where available;
  • encrypted connections;
  • access controls;
  • service-provider reviews;
  • staff and contractor confidentiality responsibilities;
  • backups;
  • monitoring;
  • secure payment providers; and
  • procedures for suspected incidents.

No website, email, cloud platform, Community, video platform, payment system, AI tool, communication channel, or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Email, direct messages, Communities, and similar communications should not be treated as inherently secure channels for highly sensitive information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, using reasonably secure devices and networks, and notifying us promptly if you believe your Account or information has been compromised.

35

Privacy Incidents

If we become aware of unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, use, or another privacy or security incident involving personal information under our control, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, assess, document, and remediate the incident.

Where required by applicable law, we will notify affected individuals, privacy regulators, or other authorities and maintain any required incident records.

36

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have the right to:

  • request access to personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • withdraw consent;
  • object to certain processing;
  • restrict certain processing;
  • request deletion;
  • request portability;
  • opt out of marketing;
  • opt out of certain advertising-related sharing or targeted advertising;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
  • request information about automated decision-making where applicable; or
  • complain to a privacy regulator.

These rights are not absolute.

We may be unable to delete, alter, disclose, or provide certain information where retention, refusal, restriction, or redaction is permitted or required for legal, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, confidentiality, privilege, third-party privacy, dispute-resolution, accounting, or other lawful reasons.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and may charge a reasonable fee only where legally permitted.

To make a privacy request, contact [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.”

37

Access and Correction

You may request access to personal information under our custody or control and request correction where information is inaccurate or incomplete.

We may refuse or limit access where permitted or required by law, including where disclosure would reveal another person's personal information, confidential commercial information, legally privileged information, security information, or information generated during a formal dispute, investigation, or legal process.

If we decline or limit a request, we will explain the reason where required by law.

You may update some Account and contact information directly through Kajabi or another applicable platform.

38

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw consent to processing that relies on consent by contacting us or using an available preference, unsubscribe, or opt-out method.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal.

We may continue to process information where reasonably needed to perform a contract, provide a requested service, administer an existing purchase or Account, collect amounts owed, preserve legal or accounting records, respond to disputes, protect security, enforce intellectual property or agreements, address fraud, or comply with law.

If certain information or consent is necessary to provide an Offering, withdrawing it may mean that we cannot continue providing that Offering.

39

European Economic Area and United Kingdom Rights

Where European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom data-protection law applies, our processing may rely on consent, contractual necessity, steps requested before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as operating and securing our business, providing and improving services, communicating with customers, preventing fraud, and protecting legal rights.

Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may have rights including:

  • access;
  • correction;
  • erasure;
  • restriction;
  • objection;
  • portability;
  • withdrawal of consent; and
  • complaint to a supervisory authority.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may request information about the relevant interest and object where applicable.

You may withdraw consent to marketing or non-essential cookies without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Where special-category personal information is processed and applicable law requires a particular legal basis or explicit consent, we will process that information in accordance with applicable requirements.

40

California and Other United States Privacy Rights

If a United States state privacy law applies to our activities, residents of that state may have rights to:

  • know or access categories or specific pieces of personal information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion;
  • obtain portability;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
  • limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and
  • receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

We do not sell customer contact lists for money.

Advertising pixels, conversion technologies, remarketing tools, and audience systems may nevertheless be treated as “sharing,” a “sale,” targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioural advertising under certain laws.

Where required, you may exercise an opt-out through our cookie preference tool, an applicable browser preference signal, or by contacting us.

We may need to verify your identity and, where permitted, the authority of an authorized agent.

41

Marketing Preferences

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link contained in the message or by contacting us.

You may opt out of marketing SMS using the method stated in the communication.

Marketing opt-outs do not cancel a purchase, Account, Payment Plan, Subscription, program, coaching relationship, membership, or contractual obligation.

We may continue sending transactional and service communications reasonably necessary for a purchase, Account, program, coaching service, payment, security issue, legal obligation, or other existing relationship.

42

Children and Minors

Our paid Offerings, Accounts, Communities, coaching services, mentorships, AI Services, and related programs are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen years old and have reached the age of majority required to enter the applicable agreement in their jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for these services.

If you believe a minor has created an Account or provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

43

Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

Our Sites and Offerings may contain links to or embedded content from third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services.

These may include video providers, social-media platforms, payment providers, scheduling systems, AI platforms, applications, resources, and other external services.

Opening, playing, connecting to, or interacting with third-party content may allow the third party to collect information concerning your device, Account, or activity.

We are not responsible for the independent privacy, security, content, or data practices of third parties.

Review the relevant third party's policies before providing information to it.

44

Business Transfers

If New Earth Era Inc., Resourced Woman™, or a relevant part of the business is involved in a proposed or completed merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, reorganization, insolvency, sale of assets, or transfer of all or part of the business, personal information may be reviewed, disclosed, or transferred as part of that transaction.

We will use reasonable contractual protections and provide notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.

45

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our Sites, Offerings, technologies, service providers, business practices, or legal obligations.

The effective or last-updated date will be revised when changes are published.

Where a material change significantly affects how we use previously collected personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.

Your continued use of a Site or Offering after an update does not replace consent where applicable law requires express consent.

46

Questions, Requests, and Complaints

Questions, privacy requests, withdrawals of consent, or complaints should first be directed to our Privacy Officer at [email protected].

We will investigate privacy complaints reasonably and respond as required by applicable law.

If you are not satisfied, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or another privacy or data-protection authority having jurisdiction.
