Our Approach to Accessibility

We aim to design, maintain, and improve our digital Content using recognized accessibility practices.

Depending on the Content, platform, and technology involved, these efforts may include:

• keyboard-accessible navigation where supported;

Because our Sites and Offerings include changing Content, historical materials, third-party technology, live experiences, recordings, and user-generated Content, we do not represent that every page, file, feature, or third-party service will conform at all times to a particular WCAG level or accessibility standard.

Programs, Workshops, Coaching, and Communities

Accessibility needs can differ depending on the type of Offering.

Resourced Woman Offerings may include:

• group coaching;
• private coaching;
• presentations;
• written resources;
• workbooks and PDFs;
• Community discussions;
• chat or interactive features;
• AI-enabled tools; and
• other digital experiences.

If a disability-related barrier prevents you from reasonably accessing or participating in an Offering, please contact us.

Where reasonably practicable, we will consider an appropriate alternative, adjustment, or accessible format.

Depending on the circumstances, this might include providing information in another available format, assisting with access to a digital resource, clarifying written instructions, or identifying another reasonable way to access substantially the same information or experience.

Captions, Transcripts, and Recorded Content

We may provide captions, transcripts, summaries, or other text alternatives for some audio and video Content.

Some captions and transcripts may be created or assisted by automated technology or artificial intelligence and may contain errors.

Older recordings, live events, guest Content, participant contributions, and certain third-party videos may not have captions or transcripts immediately available.

If you encounter Content that you cannot reasonably access, contact us and identify the specific resource.

Third-Party Platforms

Resourced Woman relies on independent third-party platforms and technology to provide portions of our Sites and Offerings.

These may include services such as:

• Kajabi;
• Zoom or other video platforms;
• OpenAI and ChatGPT;
• Anthropic and Claude;
• ThriveCart;
• Stripe;
• PayPal;
• email providers;
• social-media platforms;
• Community tools;
• payment providers; and
• other software and digital services.

These companies control their own websites, applications, interfaces, accessibility features, updates, and technical limitations.

We do not fully control or guarantee the accessibility of an independent third-party platform.

Where reasonably practicable, we will try to help identify an alternative method of accessing Resourced Woman Content when a third-party accessibility limitation creates a significant barrier.
