The Leadership Circle
For high-level, mission-driven women building legacy-level businesses who want connections that truly support what they are creating.
This is not traditional networking.
We gather live on Zoom once a month for a 90-minute, facilitated room where you meet aligned referral partners, form collaborative relationships, and share your work with leaders who value depth, integrity, and long-term vision.

What Happens Inside the Circle
The Circle is intentionally structured to balance full-room connection with intimate small-group conversations inside breakout rooms.
Between conversations, the group reconvenes for facilitated sharing, creating space to speak about your work, exchange socials, and identify aligned collaborators.
By the end of the session, most women leave with multiple aligned connections worth continuing offline.
The women in this room are coaches, creators, visionary entrepreneurs, and founders already leading established businesses and seeking connection that matches their level of leadership.
This is the kind of room women return to for the relationships it creates.
To protect the integrity of the space, this is not:
A PITCH FEST. BEGINNER NETWORKING EVENT. COACHING CALL. FREE FOR ALL.

I created The Leadership Circle because a lot of women say they want community - but what they really want is better connection.
